As for fireclay brick series products, we excel our other fireclay brick suppliers in many aspects, such as:
We enjoy the biggest production lines of fireclay brick and largest production capacity.
---15000 mt fireclay brick can be supplied per month. We can help you save your time limit for a project. Besides, we provide a small number of fireclay brick used for kinds of furnace maintenance as well.
Advanced technology makes it possible for us to have very high qualified rate of fireclay bricks .
---Our qualified rate of fireclay brick has so far reached over 96%, therefore, our fireclay brick enjoy excellent quality and reasonable price from the point of view.
Abundant financial resources are one of our crucial advantages.
--- Rich fund has been obtained by us through good operation over years, which are allowed us to have the ability of operating L/C clauses in the context of of the economic crisis. fireclay mortar:
Our fireclay mortar is characterized by the features as following:
1) Stay powders instead of lumps for a long time
2) Higher usage rate and high strength
------construction depth≤3mm (for example, 4 bricks are accumulated, and are still placed on somewhere for 10 minutes. In that case, the whole brick piles won't be scattered after the top of them is picked up.)
3) We will comply with our customers' requirements.
We will modify our production formula in accordance with the fireclay brick so as to have the same
swell factor with fireclay brick. Therefore, let their perfect combinations be realized.
4) Reasonable price
fireclay mortar packing :50KGS/P.P bag; 20P.P bags packed in one wooden pallet; the P.P bag must be water proof. The pallets should be covered by stretch film and bonded with plastic strips
